MESSAGE THIS MONTH (PART 1)

So
many people in the society even in our churches have not
understood that our confession is
always our possession whether negative or positive, but my prayer today is that God should help us to
understand and never ignore the power which he have
deposited on our tongues.
Death
(negative) and life (positive) are in the power of the
tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof
Proverb 13: 21.
The
tongue is a little
member of the body but God in his own way deposited power in
it for negative or positive result depending on the one
individual choose to harvest out of it.
NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE
HARVEST
Harvest
is a result one gets after labour (sowing a seed) as a
matter of fact, you will receive
harvest of the type of seed you sow. There is no way
one will plant a corn and expect melon to grow up, neither
will you plant mango and harvest orange.
The
bible said, death and life are in
the spoken word and it is a pity that many people
have not learnt how to put their tongue
under subjection
by controlling their tongue instead of their tongue
leading them to speaking negative
things they will speak positive
things no matter the present predicament they are
into, it is not enough reason
to speak negative words out of our mouth.
The
word of God made us to understand that the wwords that comes
out of our mouth, they are
spirit and they are life (see John 6:63) that is why
you must learn how to out of life instead of death. You have
the power to control your tongue and you should not allow
your tongue to rule your body.
THREE
WAYS TO CONTROL YOUR TONGUE
1.
You should remember that death and life lies in
your tongue, this will go a long way to remind you of the
negative and positive harvest so that you will make your
choice Proverb 18:21.

You should think about the
word you want to speak out in your heart before
opening your mouth to voice it out (if this can take place
when ever you are discussing or speaking to people you will
automatically be in control of your tongue and will always
speak good and life words) Matthew 12:34.
3.
Stop talking carelessly (as it is said, empty
vessel makes a lot of noise while a filled container makes
less noise, it is only a full that talks to himself and
speak anyhow without control.) Proverb 23:7

Kings
6:24-33, 7:1-20.
In
this passage of the scriptures, you will learn of the
servant of the king that sent to the man pf God Elisha for
solution over the famine that begotten the land for long
without any solution. So the man of God through the spirit of
God told him to go and
tell the king that by this time tomorrow that it
shall be well
but the servant doubted the word of the Lord so the
man of God told him that he shall see it but
shall not eat of it at all and i t came
to pass that when the blessing came, the servant saw
it and did not eat of it.
Beloved,
there is life and
death ,negative and
positive, strength and weakness in our tongue which
God have given to us. When you ignore this little
member of our body and the authority God has bestored
on it we will always fall
a victim but my prayer is that we all should understand the
importance and strength God invested under this little
member called the tongue. May God bless and prosper his word
. AMEN.

and as soon as he saw me he
called me Owerri man and began to tell me all that I have been
going through, he told me that my problems are over and by the
grace of God anything I lay my hands to do these days prospers
and I am working right now and have started taking care of my
family again.
